ABOUT THE POSITION The Clark County Prosecuting Attorney has an opening that may be filled at the Deputy Prosecuting Attorney I or Deputy Prosecuting Attorney II level, depending on experience. The DPA will provide a wide range of professional legal services for the County, including the prose- cution of criminal and juvenile cases serving as a Deputy to the Prosecuting Attorney.
