Salaries for the AAG positions listed above are set between $71,652 – 134,208 annually. Salary for the Managing AAG position listed above is set between $75,228 – 140,916. The exact amount is set in accordance with Appendix B of the AWAAG CBA.

Transparent salary schedule - AAG salaries are set between $71,652 and $134,208. The exact amount is set in accordance with Appendix B of the AWAAG CBA. Positions located in King County are eligible for 5% King County Assignment Pay.
The AGO will pay the general bar dues of someone who begins their assignment on or before January 31st per Article 10.8 of the AWAAG CBA.
If a position requires dual language skills, incumbents will also receive a 5% Dual Language Requirement Pay stipend
