The Community Engagement & Base Building Educator is primarily responsible for engaging low-wage workers around their rights at work, and both coordinating and facilitating popular education "know your rights" workshops. Success in this position requires a worker-centered approach, knowledge of popular education dynamics, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to develop long-term engagement with low-wage workers.
